SHIPPING & DELIVERY
During checkout, you will find shipping options, estimated delivery times, and any applicable shipping charges displayed when available. Estimates provided by Tiger Blood Elite or any shipping carrier are only approximations and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times may be influenced by carrier delays, inclement weather, holidays, incorrect address submissions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing their order to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
TRACKING
When tracking information becomes available, we will provide it once the order has been prepared for shipment. Kindly allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after a shipping label has been generated.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at Tigerbloodelite@gmail.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs of the product and packaging. After reviewing your claim, Tiger Blood Elite may issue a refund for verified damaged or incorrectly fulfilled orders.

All sales are final, except for verified damaged or incorrectly fulfilled orders. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
