Tiger Blood Elite, LLC strives to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and arrive in satisfactory condition. Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final except as specifically described below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases made through Tiger Blood Elite are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, changes of mind, or products that are no longer wanted.
Please carefully review your order, including product selection, quantity, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If an order arrives damaged or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact Tiger Blood Elite promptly at sales@tigerbloodelite.com
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the problem
Photographs of the product received
Photographs of the packaging, when applicable
We will review the information provided. If we verify that an order was damaged in transit or incorrectly fulfilled, Tiger Blood Elite may issue a refund for the affected product or order, as appropriate.

SHIPPING ISSUES
Carrier delays or estimated delivery dates do not ordinarily qualify an order for a refund.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders that cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address information may not be eligible for a refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may lawfully be imported into their destination country or jurisdiction.
Customs delays, duties, taxes, import restrictions, seizures, or refusals by governmental or customs authorities do not automatically qualify an order for a refund. Any refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Products sold by Tiger Blood Elite are intended solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, and research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
